Interesting free office program for scanning images.

EasyScan is an interesting and free office software to use the scanner using a standard Twain interface (commonly used). Its purpose is to standardize the use of flatbed scanning mode (which most scanners have), and especially promote a powerful interface equipped with numerous functions.

EasyScan can scan in different kinds of colours (256 colours, 16 colours, etc) including functions that aren't allowed with certain scanners. It can also flip the image, select the RGB channel, print many images in one (very useful when you need to send a fax with many pages) etc.
